Delivery

The product will be delivered within approximately 1-3 days. (Domestic)

For deliveries within the city, we provide direct doorstep delivery. For upcountry orders, we ship via carpenter service or air cargo.

Free delivery is provided for orders within the country when the minimum purchase amount is 1000K per order.

You may be able to find the tracking number for your order from the order confirmation email. Once you have the tracking number, you can go to the shipping carrier’s website and enter the tracking number to track the status of your order. Alternatively, you can check the logistic company’s website or contact their customer service to inquire about the status of your order and any available tracking information.

Payment

Payment can be made through bank transfer, mobile banking, and we also accept debit and credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

I’m sorry, we do not offer cash on delivery payment at this time.

Return Condition

You can return the product within 7 days and then you will receive a full refund (there must be a video clip as evidence for opening the package and sealing it for return).
